My name is Diana and I am a 40-something mom of 3 kids.

In addition to juggling homework (for elementary, middle, and high school kids), extra-curricular activities (which include cheerleading, tumbling, piano, cello, and karate), and a very full household which includes a menagerie of pets, I am also a Director in a large successful organization.

I am a mom, a wife, and a leader – and sometimes it gets hard to balance all of life’s nuances successfully.

That was my reason for creating this site. It is an outlet where information can be shared and women can find their empowerment and balance.

Because – yes, we can do it all.
We already do it everyday.
